I purchased these as our old ones were of a spring balance type and very old so longer accurate. These are and measure ounces, grams, fluid ounces and militlitres. You can use the different measures at the same time, so add 8 ounces of flour, then zero the scale and change to fluid ounces to add liquid etc. Great item.

The scale fits perfectly in her kitchen. She loves it. That means I'm happy!

Everything is good

Much ado about being a UK company, but.. made in China. Lasted less then a couple of uses and screen corrupted the day we got it (before even being washed).

Pros: Battery life Options (g, oz, ml, etc.) Display Cons: Lag between turning on and zeroing Lag turning off Doesn't deal with liquids well - pouring in milk quickly for example seems to confuse it Doesn't deal with adding small increments very well. You can add several g of flour and it won't register if you do this very slowly. Overall, it's a cheap and OK unit, but compared to my old Salter, this is a poor effort.

Lovely kitchen scales and so easy to store, unlike my old ones! Lovely colour red, matches my other kitchen items.
