This powder greatly reduced my cravings for sugar. It helped put me on the path to change my eating habits. Most importantly, it is helping me deal with perimenopause symptoms. I have energy all day, and that's a big deal for someone like me because I have beta thalassemia, a type of anemia.

I feel silly for having fallen for this one. It leaves a weird metallic taste in your mouth, it has a LOT of copper. And it gives me a migraine. Pretty bummed. I put it in a shaker and drank it straight the first day. The unflavored isn't that bad. The second day I added it to a smoothie, honestly it was better straight up.

That is how this product showed up. This is less the half full. THIS PACKAGE IS LESS THEN HALF FULL!!!!! What a rip off!!! Thanks a lot El!!!! I sent them a message and got nothing in return. So buyer beware of this scam! Everyone wants a piece of our hard earned dollars. Well they got mine.

I recently purchased this and I must say I’m loving it. It’s my third day of drinking it with water and I feel more energized and awake. It does not make my stomach feel nauseous or anything. It’s a must have!
