Far better than a typical "1st Aid" kit
Wanted a serious but small first aid kit I could take on day mountain bike excursions. I've bought a few other first aid kits which generally just have little Band-Aids and cleaning pads and stuff for minor cuts. No, I need something for big bloody abrasions and larger cuts and maybe even something more serious. I've had a few scrapes while out mountain biking and things can get kind of on the bloody side. You really need some large wraps. This has both an Israeli bandage and a tourniquet, ace style wrap, large gauze pads. Plus the smaller first aid stuff is high quality and perfectly adequate. I added some more antiseptic wipes and a small roll of waterproof tape. It's still small enough to fit in my little day pack and take with me at all times. If you get hurt any more than this, well, you need a paramedic. Stat.

Came with all items, good bag, molle not so great
It came with all the items listed in the description, however, it is not very effective molle and will not stay very secure to your rig if you plan to need it as a quick release. Also, the side mounting molle is not measured properly and does not fit to a molle rig. Well, it does, but only by making it loose on your kit. Otherwise, the items were all solid, tourniquet is nice to have- no idea if it's good or not, didn't open it. I decided to just use my larger ifak with a molle'd hook and loop back that allows you to grab it after unhooking a quick release clip. It's bigger, but much more secure. If you don't plan to ever have to remove it, like on front of plate carrier, it should work fine. Just know that once you stuff it with extra gear, it gets kinds big to run on your chest.

Does the basic job.
Decent IFAK. Has what you need. Bag does however, after usage, not perform well. Does NOT rip open on pull of tab. Minor problem. Small and compact, it has all your basic FA needs at decent price.

Good value for the price
Could use a bit more things included. Some bandaids tweezers and or antibiotics cream just a few things like that.
