Smaller than expected but it’s sturdy and looks nice.

This is small but that is exactly what I needed and it is true to the measurements it shows on the item description. Great lower bin for all the stuffed animals. Like the top area for books too.

I read a lot of reviews for this and was very hesitant to buy it because many of its reviewers said it fell apart and was not built well but it was the closest thing to what I wanted so I thought I would give it a shot. Turns out it was a great purchase. First of all, the shipping was amazing. I am a prime member so that helped, but I ordered it in the afternoon and it was on my porch in less than 24 hours. I tried to find it locally and even Walmart was going to take 5 days to ship it to the store for pick up. The box was slightly dinged but it was packaged well so there was no damage to the product. It was very easy to assemble with just a screwdriver and all of the pieces were all there. I read some reviews about the wood splitting during assembly but that didn't happen to me. I will agree with some of the reviewers that it is small. The child it was for is one year old and it is perfect for him to reach everything. Many of the reviews said the colored tubs just fall down all of the time but I feel like perhaps it has been improved? Mine do not fall down. It is easy for the child to pull down but for me, that was the point. For him to be able to get to his toys. The "bookshelf" on the top is not really big enough to put books on like a normal bookshelf but I just keep other toys up there. I wasn't personally looking to use it for a row of books. If that is your intention, be aware its not deep. Just keep in mind it is child-size, intended for the child to use. If that is what you are looking for, I think this is a great product for the price.

This is a compact organizer with a lot of space. It has three small bins which are angled in such a way to be attractive and provide good storage volume for small toys. The pull out chest has a good amount of space for medium sized toys. The top "shelf" is pretty useless but it does give the unit some stability. Maybe you could use it for a few crayon boxes (not books as seen in the photo). Dowels are covered in metal actually and unit is study once all the pieces are together. It is a nice alternative to a traditional toy box and fits into a small space. We use our shelf unit in our living room to provide a living space for my son's favorite toys and thanks to this unit we have our living room back.

I love this item. You’re not only hold toys, but you can add books to the top. I like that the toy boxes on rollers where it can be pulled out for the kids to play and then push it back when they’re done.

I read the reviews, I read people saying it was small. I'm horrible at judging size of things in relation to my space. I ordered it thinking it would at very least work ... for now. It was better than the "system" (rather, lack there of) that we had for the dressup clothes for my 3 year old. Anyone with a toddler knows that dressup is a nightmare to keep organized. I thought this might work. It does ... kind of ... sort of. Pros: 1 - The bins are perfect for the smaller accesories - her tiaras and head stuff is in the green one, purses in the blue and the dressup jewelry is in the red. 2 - The larger bin having wheels will make it easy for my toddler to move her dressup outfits from place to place around the apartment for playtime. Once we get it useable (more on this later) 3 - The "book shelf" was never going to be used as such, it is a place to store things like dressup shoes / her pirate sword that needs a home. Cons: 1 - This item was withing 10 minutes of my home for 2 days before it was delivered. I guess I can't hold that against the item, it was my timing and UPS not doing ground deliveries on New Year's Eve / New Year's Day -- nor was the hub open for pick up. 2 - The box opens and there is styrofoam. Agian, I know, it needs to be packaged with something to keep it from being knocked around in the box ... but STYROFOAM!? In today's day and age, we can't find something safer for toddlers to be around when the box is opened?? 3 - This wasn't my first time around with "some assembly required" and I expected the amount of assembly that was needed, but the predrilled holes were not that great in assisting the thing going together. It took much more elbow grease than other items I've put together for my daughter. 4 - One of the squares for the wheels wasn't even in my box. No, it didn't fall off, it was NOT IN THE BOX at all. Due to the styrofoam packaging, I took the whole box to my kitchen to unpack it ... gently, one piece at a time, actually cutting the box apart to be able to ease the styrofoam out without making a HUGE mess with it. That little square was nowhere to be found, I actually went back through everything just to make sure. 5 - As I was trying to brainstorm how to rig the 4th wheel on the bottom of the "large" storage bin, another wheel popped right off. So now, I have 2 out of 4 wheels attached. It can't be used until hubs and I brainstorm how we are going to make it work for us. :/ All in all, like I said, the jury is still out. I'm not sure how much I like it ... time will tell. UPDATE: This has been in our home for a few weeks now, hubs had it rigged together within 10 minutes of getting home with a scrap piece of shim wood. It works well for what we use it for and my daughter loves being able to take the bins to where she is playing to pick out the "perfect" accessories to her outfit. It is growing on me ...

This toy box has been a LIFESAVER!!! It's good quality, lightweight and easy to move and overall just looks good. It's my family's budget friendly alternative to our tiny 2 bedroom trailer. It's been 6 months since we bought this and so far it's held up like since we first bought it. The little toys bins have an insert that makes them stable, and there are wheels on the actual toy box part that makes it easy for little ones to pull. It fits nicely in our little playroom. There is no lid but it doesn't need one. It's easy for my kids to do independent play while also providing a good toy storage option. Holds A LOT

This was smaller than the picture so make sure u read the measurements. I gave it 5 stars because it was very easy to put together , I really hold alot , I bought this for my almost 2 year old granddaughter and she can reach the area where the books go . Just remember to check measurements and not go by the picture.
