Good for gluten sensitivity
Works great for gluten sensitivity. Just take before a meal and have noticed a good reduction in bloating and general discomfort. Will buy again

I suffer with ibs d and have tried many probiotics with no luck so I thought I would give digestive enzymes a try. Unfortunately I can't really see any difference. Milk especially is problematic for me and hoped I could handle it a bit better with this as I was seriously craving some cereal. Luckily I didn't have diahorrea afterwards but was still very windy. When looking at lactase tablets I found that they were a lot high quantity of lactase then these so maybe I just need a high dosage

Highly recommend
These are great especially with heavy meals/when eating a wide variety of different foods at the same time. They help me digest food quicker, more easily and are very helpful in reducing digestion fatigue. They’re super easy to swallow and have no taste/side effects. Highly recommend, I will keep purchasing.

Maybe just me!
I’m baffled. All the reviews are pretty positive, but for me, it’s almost had the opposite effect. I’m more bloated than ever! Been taking them for a couple of weeks and now having two weeks off to see if I can calm things down and feel better. There’s too many positive reviews, so this must be an individual case, but just wanted to share that it’s been a strange one for me!
