Easy set up- plug in and go. no wifi- no problem! this has been a game changer for our family. we swapped from owlet because of the annoying app, the limited range and you can only get feedback from the monitor if you are on their app so if you swap to Spotify- no monitor.We use this everyday and its a life saver. we now have established nap schedules and sleep through the night. baby is doing way better than the owlet that she would kick off and the lullaby would go off in the middle of the night. talk about parent ptsd melody. Also had a power outage with no wifi while the baby was sick and the alarm never went off when she had a low temperature which resulted in an emergency hospital visit.When it comes to monitors you need something that is reliable- this is that monitor!

This camera works fine, but it has a strange glitch. Last night I was woken up by blood curdling screams from my two-year-old and the creepiest horror movie music blaring over the monitor. I had no idea what was going on but needless to say I was pretty freaked out because I didn't know where the music was coming from and it stopped when I got to my daughter's room. I finally got my daughter calmed down and we were then both startled by loud static sounds from the camera. It turns out that the lullaby feature has a glitch and can randomly turn on for a bit. Unplugging the camera and plugging it back in fixed it, but I will now be shopping for a new camera. That's a night of sleep I'll never get back.

Works like a charm and I don’t have to worry about people hacking into the server

We've had this monitor for about two weeks and have used it everyday, multiple times per day. The picture quality is great and the range is perfect! Able to take outside while doing yard work, etc and we do not lose connection. Love the panning feature!!

We had this exact same camera for our other baby and loved that one so wanted to get the same for our second. This one arrived seemingly the same, but the camera quality was not the same at all! Super slow lag, very grainy picture, very slow to pick up on her moving. Connection is fine but and technically does the trick, but not ideal

Music stopped working after one month of use. It’s a shame bc my baby loved the lullabies at night.

La calidad de video es muy buena, se maneja muy sencillo desde el celular. Muy útil

Lo compre para mi niña en la noches y la verdad deja mucho que desear, lo quisiera devolver ya que si está muy caro en comparación con precio calidad. La pila necesita estar conectado para que pueda durar toda la noche y no se me apague ya que Se descarga demasiado rápido en menos de 3 horas y la pantalla solo se ve negra no se ve imagen alguna. Me llamo mucho la atención sus comentarios positivos y por eso me decidí por este equipo pero la verdad a mi así no me funciona, solo se escucha.

Batería se termina rápido, la cámara necesita estar conectada, fuera de eso cumple su función

This is the 3rd baby monitor I’ve tried and this is the one i’m keeping. Set up was very easy, and it’s never lost connection. Night mode works great, all the other features are good and easy to use. I do wish the sound machine noise options were better, a lot of them are nature sounds, but my baby prefers “white noise” sounds and “shushing”, so i still use a separate sounds machine.The battery life is great. My only complaints are that the video quality is lacking a bit, but I can still see if baby has their soother, which is basically all i need to know. And it is quite zoomed in compared to other monitors I’ve used, I’d like it better if it had a wider angle. But overall it works great, is and trustworthy so I’d recommend it to anyone.

We purchased this product and it was defective from the start. Only showed black and white when it’s supposed to be coloured screen as well. Temperature reading is also way off. Emailed tech support and it takes over a week before they respond and they just keep saying to reset it. Which we have done a million times. Now they have stopped responding. Guess we are stuck with a defective product.
