3 Tier Stainless Steel Chocolate Fondue Fountain

I used this 1 time! Honest! I followed all the directions. Packed it back in the box put it on a shelf. Pulled it out to use a second time. It turned on for about 10 seconds then shut off and would not turn back on no matter what I tried. Very disappointed. Unfortunately I missed the return window or it would have gone right back! Very disappointed in this purchase

Did an outstanding job for a 4 hour event! I used a finer milk chocolate and added oil as was recommended in the directions. Got outstanding feedback. The chocolate at the base has to be occasionally stirred near the bottom of the auger, so I wouldn't leave it unattended for very long. But I was able to walk away from it for about 25-30 minutes at a time. It served around 500 people. Everyone loved it! Thank you!

I bought this for my baby shower- it did not work at all. We added oil to the premelted chocolate and the fountain barely still picked it up. I read the reviews and many of them said “worked once and the crapped out” which would have been fine, since it wasn’t too expensive. But it didn’t even work ONCE!! So I will be returning this.

I was forced to select a star even when I don't feel it deserves 1. I was so excited when I opened it up, nice size, nice looking ..... but Frustrating when the item won't even turn on. Lights came on when I pushed buttons on but motor did nothing, completely dead. Disappointing

Had purchased "new," but arrived clearly used... and broken. The package had been opened, the Styrofoam packing material inside the box was broken, and when we tried it out this weekend for a Halloween party, it didn't work at all.

The middle part of the fountain is tilted and it makes a lot fo sound and it not stay in the place

Noisy and very shaky.
