These are genius and fit perfectly!!! I only wish I had known about them 3 years ago….At first, they did not seem to stick and I was upset—they kept rolling back up; but after some deep breaths and rereading the directions, I reapplied and pressed down/ smoothed the edges as I went, and now they lay perfectly each time. Directions indicated that you are to unroll and adhere to ref for its length. Says at least 24 hrs, seems an long time, did this over night and applied to vents on fireplace. Immediately felt the difference. This has definitely blocked the drafts that were pouring into my home. Home is still cool but not as bad as it was. Seems to work and easy to use. . Just have to remember to remove when using the fireplace or moving.

I ead on some reviews that it was hard to keep it straightened out after unrolling it so I just rolled it the opposite way and it stuck flat over the fireplace vents. The magnets could be stronger but it holds in place and blocks the draft.

The instructions say to put it on the refrigerator to allow it to straighten after being rolled up. Great idea, but not possible. The magnet is so weak that it won’t even stay attached to the refrigerator because it rolls itself in from both ends.

Good size, fits over fireplace vents. Magnets aren't very strong and don't stay attached to the vents well. We did make sure to have the proper sides of the strips on the vents. Currently using a fireplace blanket to help hold them on. Left them on fridge over 24 hours as instructed. Used refrigerator magnets to hold them on the fridge door as the ends kept trying to roll up. Wish the product was stronger so it would stay up better. It's a great idea.

This was very cheap, too flimsy. Using it for now while looking for a nicer one. I guess you get what you pay for. It covers the vent, but still heat coming from it at the top. So, it works I guess, just not what I expected. I didn't read reviews like usual as I was in a hurry. I had trouble getting it to stay at first, probably because it was rolled up for delivery; it did stay eventually.

Stopped the draft coming off the bottom of our fireplace. Made a difference in the warmth of the room.

All the negative reviews are from people who didn't realize these are magnetic from one side only (glossy side). They are easy to cut to size and easy to sick. Well worth the $25 price tag.
