Came with minor defects but managed to inspire overall confidence. I'll mention the annoying resting position of left arm rest in the delivered stock...clicks each time you put your arm on it due to the slight gap.The dynamic lumbar is good, not superstrong just good. I'm a little wary of its durability given that it is plastic and flexible. While there is back up down adjustment, the overall adjustment can be tricky for some people (can be a trade off between shoulder support and lumbar).Packaging was good. Assembly was simple enough.

メリットはアームレストの調整やランバーサポートの柔軟性、座面心地よく、座り心地がいい点です。特にアームレストの高さ調節が程よく、肩こりにもいいです。デメリットを強いていうなら、地面からの座面の高さが少しだけ高い点です。又座面がメッシュなら更に良いと思いました。私は男性172cmですがスリッパがないと、もたれかかった際に簡単に膝下が浮きそうになります。前傾姿勢メインで座る人、もしくは背が高い人にはいいと思います。最後に、トラブルが少しありましたが、迅速に対応して頂き解決しました。3年保証という点も魅力的です。組み立ては簡単です。

Globalement très satisfait après un mois d'utilisation, mais j'entends régulièrement de gros "craquement" sans avoir pu identifier leur provenance...Si ce sont les roulettes ce n'est pas très gave car je compte les changer pour des roues de roller.En revanche, s'il s'agit de la structure j'ai un petit doute sur la durée de vie du produit.Mais ne crions pas avant d'avoir mal, pour l'instant très satisfait.Je mesure 188cm et le réglage du siège en position haute est parfait.Le réglage tient, je n'ai pas eu à rehausser le siège une seule fois en un mois, donc super, contrairement à ce que j'avais pu lire dans d'autres commentaires.J'utilise le siège 9 heures par jour, 5 jours par semaine et le mal de dos que j'avais avec mon siège précédent a disparu.J'ai été "contraint" de le prendre rouge pour l'avoir rapidement et au meilleur prix... je me suis très vite habitué et j'en suis satisfait

Firstly, the first chair i ordered didn't make it, no reason given. Had to cancel and reorder.The actual chair is fine but lacks some adjustment that could be easily implemented with a little thought.The main issue is that the back rest only has 2 modes. You can have it with a sprung recline but only if it's in the upright position. And this feels so far forward like it's trying to tip you out the chair, so it is uncomfortable for me at least.But if you put it in any of the recline positions they are fixed so you can't lean it back from there.But taking a look at the mechanism i found you can insert a couple small blocks at the front to prevent the backrest from coming quite as far forward. This allows you to have a more reclined and comfortable initial position and retain the lean function.Just spending 5 mins looking at the design this could have easily been implemented to have an adjustable starting point together with the recline feature.Also an adjustable tension on the lumbar support would have been nice and again easy to do. But i guess they want to upsell you to the v1.Lastly the headrest is too far back when upright but maybe you don't need it on that position..? I'll never know since it lacks adjustability there too.Little details point to a lack of quality. Like the height adjuster lever being poorly finished and the arms very slightly different heights and different tension to adjust angle. And no detent to clip in the wheel casters. Etc etc.I'm glad i didn't pay full price (£290!) for this.But at just over £200 i think it's probably fair.
