SoleAidAdjust-A-Heel™ | Adjustable Heel Lift (Small - M 3-7 / W 5-10)

I have one leg about 1/2" shorter than the other and it throws my back out of alignment. I've tried other heel cushions, etc., but they didn't seem to help. I bought these on a whim, and they are great. The height is adjustable, but I left them at the highest level, which is 3/8". I could tell the difference in my walk right away and my posture has improved. I can walk through the grocery store without my back screaming by the time I get to check-out. I am completely thrilled with them.

BUY TWO, ONE FOR EACH SHOE! I like this kind of wedge better than the doctors office for my Achilles tendinitis. It is ever so slightly thinner, but the main reason was the kush, better fit, and I really needed the small size. Make sure you buy 2, One for each shoe for Tendinitis relief. That way you are symmetrical and it does not throw off your body alignment and your body heals better in symmetry. The small size was perfect for my size 7 narrow. I used them in Merrill mule shoes, that way there was no pressure on the back of the heel. The small will fit smaller size feet and even into larger children’s size. Very pleased with this product, I never used the one from the doctor.

Does the job I guess. I took 1 layer off and use the rest under my insole and arch support. It should still be under there. I tend to forget it's even there. Initially it felt like he directed me to put it under the wrong leg and it caused more pain, but the X-rays confirmed he directed (and I did it) right. I can't say how it's affecting me today, because there are just too many variables.

Upon unboxing and unpeeling the layers - the first one’s adhesive didn’t stay on, the second one kept adhesive on both sides, and the last one ripped in half. All of them are unusable. Look for a different brand - this one is awful!

Could not find the green in color brand I bought last time. This is better.
