I’ve only been taking these USDA Organic Milk Thistle capsules for a short time, so it’s too early to speak on the long-term results. So far, the capsules are easy to swallow, and I appreciate that they’re USDA Organic with a concentrated 300 mg (30:1) extract. I also like that it’s a 60-day supply, which makes it a good value. I’m looking forward to seeing how they work with continued use and will update my review if anything changes.

These are when I took these vitamins and I was like let's see what happens and I tell you what about three months later I had no more back pain. It was like my back was hurting. It's like my liver and kidneys needed a cleanse and this did the job these really work you just have to be consistent in taking them. It takes about three months for vitamins to get in your system anyway allegedly

Nice product I trust! No side affects

So I've read many times that milk thistle is very beneficial, so I've taken it before but I can't say I noticed anything life changing about it...just figured it was helping but more under the radar in terms of noticeable benefits. Well, I just recently watched a docuseries class on the liver and milk thistle helps make glutathione which is very beneficial to the liver and the body just in general. So I decided to try again. I looked for the strongest, organic one I could find. I don't really have any known liver issues, however I do have kidney issues. Both liver and kidneys work to filter waste and toxins from the body. My kidneys don't filter like they need to so I thought perhaps giving my liver some extra support might also help my kidneys. And it definitely seems to be working!! What I notice: 1. Ankle swelling is almost totally gone. 2. I believe it is helping me sleep better. 3. Feel more energetic which is a big deal with kidneys not functioning to full capacity. This is helping. 4. Improving elimination in the morning. It's now easier and more complete. Disclosure: I take more than the recommended dose. I usually take 3 a day. What I like is that this is organic, veggie capsules, and extra strength extract - I can actually tell it is helping me. What I don't like is the small capsule count. I wish they offered bigger bottles with 120 caps, and at a bit better price. But this is worth it for me.

I have taken these vitamins for years.....I feel it has kept my liver very healthy.

I religiously protect my liver and this is a great product to do so.
