I'm 34 and basically spent my entire life thinking there wasn't really anything that effectively relieves a severe sore throat. I was recently sick with a SEVERE sore throat, like swallowing broken glass making it impossible to sleep sore throat. I got this with a bunch of other stuff to try out of desperation, this legit works and it's kind of surprising. I would expect something like this to have a really bad flavor but it's actually okay.

I can't sing their praises enough these cough drops truly help. I have had a horrible sore throat with ulcers due to my chemotherapy. And these helped so much without having to take the miracle mouthwash that numbs your throat and your tongue in the process. They taste good both flavors. And you can feel like it starts to work within minutes of popping the cough drop into your mouth. It does help with decreasing cough although is not a perfect fix for it. We'll buy again.

Great relief for a sore throat, the pain reliever really helps, and it soothes a cough as well. No bitter taste, actually a good taste. Best to put it on back of tongue though otherwise your tongue may get numbed as well as your throat! Best cough drops I ever had, and a good amount for a low price as well.

Taste good they work great ,but read warning label 🏷️ they cause drowsiness/sleepiness

I find that these really help especially with coughs. I was on a plane and the guy next to me kept coughing. He said he didn't have a cold. I offered him one of these and his cough stopped almost immediately.

The best and I mean the absolute best cough drop, sore throat drop & pain relief drop. The active ingredient Hexylresorcinol is the culprit for my rave review. I don’t know how this drug was made, what made it, what it is made of - I don’t care and please do not tell me, because it works. It numbs your pain almost instantly, and it’s a real numbing effect. It even lasts for around 10-15 minutes after the drops dissolved. Plus this flavor is probably the best cough drop flavor I’ve ever had, it is practically a poorly produced candy.

Unfortunately, they’re not doing what we were hoping they would do control the sore throat and help with the cough. Yes I know they’re not cough drops, but if you could reduce the sore throat, you think that would help with the cough.
