The media could not be loaded.  We recently had some wood flooring installed in our living room, kitchen and hallway. We wanted this robot vacuum so it can go around the floors when we are out.It’s really really easy to set up, you can download the app and follow the instructions to get it connected which takes only a few minutes. From there you can access all the features of the robot vacuum. You can set the times it runs and even the layout of the floors it has to clean.We do have a rug in the living room and hallway and this vacuum manages to go from the hard floor to the rug with the greatest of ease.We have a dog which sheds all year round so there’s always hairs to clean up and this vacuum is excellent at getting them all.This robot vacuum has amazed us at how much it actually picks up, it goes right to the edge of the flooring thanks to the edge brushes which is great.This vacuum can also clean a wet floor thanks to the extra cleaning attachment and water bin.When it’s finished and needs charging it will make its way back to the charging station. It’s truly an amazing piece of technology that actually works like it’s supposed to.So for the following reasons I have decided to rate it 5 stars:Easy to set upEasy to use AppWorks really well at cleaning the whole floorExcellent battery lifeAlexa compatible

After open heart surgery using a hoover is one of the things my Dad isn't allowed to do. This is perfect as he can keep on top of dirt and dog hair from his arm chair. I can't comment on the compatibility with alexa as he is getting one for Christmas (hence we chose this model!), but with the remote it works brilliantly for him. The house is a mix of wood floor and rugs and it copes very well on both, hops up the little lip to the rug with no problem. Easy to use, easy to charge and easy to empty/clean - the tools provided are very useful. I also have a robot hoover and this is lots better than mine - it also moves around quicker and the battery lasts better. For anyone with a parent who struggles with the hoover this is a real help to keep them independent.

I have this robot for 1 year and half and it is not working anymore. Very difficult to verify the problem, no one is answering from technical support, basically you can put it in the bin.

Great and best vacuum cleaner!! First if all I like the package! All is so nice looking when you opened the box! The cleaner has a water tank! That is perfect for me, a mom with 1 year old baby and a dog))) it has great power to clean not just the floor but the carpet as well! The most important the vacuum is so tiny that it easily can go under my sofa!!! I really really like it!! It is so easy to control, so easy to use and sonics to look at it! The design just adorable! Ohhh.. and the vacuum is very very quiet!And the app is just the most perfect decisions that could me made for this vacuum! I can control it even if I’m not at home! It is very easy and everyone can understand!

When it works, this is very good. It gets close to edges and cleans up really well, much better than our conventional hoover. The one exception was an icing sugar spillage that it carried everywhere else...It transitions from hard floor to rug and back perfectly; carpet to rug is more hit-and-miss. It also has difficulty with furniture (e.g. table stands with a wide base) that is too high for it to cross but too low to be registered as obstacles to avoid.Annoyingly, if it does have to be 'rescued', it seems to reset the coverage so starts again from scratch.Manual control mode is great for guiding it to a particular spots - except that sometimes it ignores controls that are held down and one has keep pressing over and over and over again to make it move anywhere. Similarly, manually sending it back to the dock at times does nothing except start a cleaning circuit with the vacuum turned off (!).There are various other apparently random problems of this kind. Other examples: Haphazard coverage (e.g. repeating some areas over and over again while ignoring others. - Not realizing it has covered everything, and instead going on forever until low battery sends it back to the dock. - Conversely, switching to docking mode before the whole space has been cleaned, even if the battery is not low. - Continuing to rove around, merely with the vacuum switched off, when in docking mode.These issues don't always occur, but the upshot is that it can't be relied on to work in the background (if one leaves the house, or sets a timed programme to clean every night, etc.). It has hardly ever managed to cover the whole ground floor without intervention.In that sense, I am a bit disappointed - it is a huge time-saver even with the glitches, but I'd prefer something I could just switch on and forget about. Whether the problems lie in the hardware or can be resolved with firmware/app updates, I don't know.A long review but I hope it is useful. This is our first robot vacuum so I am coming at it from that perspective.

As with all these robotic things it gets stuck sometimes - also if the brushes get caught under something they come off. but it is lovely to set it going in a room, leave it and then see how clean the floor is without any manual labour!

Do the job, but we have to make it work almost every day, which is no sweat at all. Moving randomly, but at the end cleans everywhere. It works for no more than 1 hour, just enough to properly clean 1 room. Then recharging itself for about 3 hours. If it do every day 1 room then the house stays clean, really! Be aware that it can jammed itself under furniture with gap high enough for INOMI to get under, but is perfect for cleaning under beds! No more fluffs of dust.

Great for the price, love the fact I can program 'Floora' to vacuum while I'm in bed!! Our living/dining area is quite large, and she copes with it wonderfully.The app is basic tho, but not sure that's because the machine is basic compared to the more expensive bots out there.On the whole it's a good machine and I love it, it's well built and doesn't look ugly or out if place in the room when charging. I would definitely recommend.
