Falta mucho por mejorar.
Después de varios meses de uso frecuente pude notar (y sufrir) algunos puntos negativos. El primero, el botón de "Pausa" tarda una eternidad en reaccionar, incluso hasta 10 segundos; para este punto, si hubo un atasco, escucharás cómo el motor se fuerza sin que se pueda hacer absolutamente nada al respecto más que esperar a que el bendito botón reaccione. El segundo, el bluetooth presenta dificultades al conectarse, hay que estarle moviendo al programa hasta que se logre establecer conexión; después de cada corte también es común que se pierda la conexión y se tiene que volver a moverle al programa, es mucha pérdida de tiempo. El tercero, es un lío tremendo cortar sin tapete; el vinil se mueve en la comprobación del material, los rodillos también se mueven un poco, supongo que es por la pérdida de presión de los rodillos, algo que no debería de suceder a los 4 meses de uso. El cuarto y último, el roll feeder no cumple con su función que es sostener el rollo de vinil mientras se hace el corte, no hay forma de que se mantenga fijo y se mueve descontroladamente cuando la máquina se alimenta del rollo.

Love it! I’ve had the OG Cameo for years and finally had the courage to upgrade. I love the smoothness, the Bluetooth, and the tray.

No Tech Support
Silhouette does not offer any Tech Support these days, none! You have to know how to work with this machine and the software. This is not a beginner machine, although I would not go with any other brand, the learning curve is stiff, but there are enough FB groups and YouTube videos out there to help answer any question you have. This was a gift for my daughter, she has been using silhouette machines for as long as I have *about 10 years* and was just upgrading from her cameo 3. No problems after she got the correct settings dialed in. Love Silhouette, disappointed that they don't offer Tech Support, even email support is non existent these days.. truly sad for such a nice machine.

Very versatile machine
I like the machine for its versatility in materials that it's capable of cutting. The online store that's available through the software is also quite helpful. And there's a lot of training videos which works out perfect for me lol!

Great product!!!
Well-built piece of machinery, so much fun to use and the instructions were well presented. I have ordered a few more vinyl products and transfer tape.
