Small pills that taste good and dissolve under the tongue in around 10 minutes. Was told that sublingual intake is much more efficient than through the digestive tract.

The slight coating/finish seems keep each tablet whole and prevents crumbling. Unlike some brands, even the last one of 180 was not reduced to dust.

Came on time, no issues. These are a replacement for the ones I ran out off.

I have the b12 sublingual tablets after having a stomach bypass. I was told by the specialist that I needed to have b12 injections because tablets can't be absorbed by the body after you have this operation. I started taking this tablets my doctor told me to stop taking them because they would be no good and I was have the injection. I asked for a blood test and sure enough my b12 was high enough to not need injections.

Very strong strawberry smell and taste, which I find too much.

High dose. Nice tasting. I notice that when they are under my tongue they don't dissolve as fast as expected and when they are dissolving it will naturally cause more saliva which I also, naturally, swallow so I don't understand the benefits of disolving under the tongue but apparently with high doses, as this is, it won't make a great difference anyway. Hmmm. Anyway, pleasant tasting and does what it says on the package, soooo, no problems but will just buy the chewable kind in future and not buy these again.

Im giving them a try for the first time so early days yet. No side effects and feeling calmer. Noticed im Sleeping better so that’s good should have more energy.

Tiny. Dissolves quickly. Good flavor. I noticed an increase in energy within a few days. I love the fact that it has 3 types of bioactive forms because my body can’t breakdown other forms that are in injections. Great price too. I’ll place another review when my labs are updated to see if they help my level increase and remain stable.
