wrong flavor! get the little bottle of this instead
tastes wrong. i bought this after finishing the delicious small jar of the yakami orchards red yuzu kosho and this flavor isn’t right…. it arrived a bit leaky but it doesn’t taste spoiled, more as if it has the wrong ingredients. bummer for so much money will have to throw it out

Seal was broken on jar -- product was rancid upon arrival
This is a great product -- however the seal was broken on the jar and it leaked all over the inside of the shipping box. Because it is a non-returnable item -- I hesitate to reorder and have the same issue again The product has a rancid taste and will be discarded. Shouldn't there be some sort of satisfaction to the customer. Certainly we paid good money and just want a replacement.

Leaked inside shipping box
I could smell it before I even opened the box. The jar was still intact, but the contents had oozed out around the lid. It's obviously no longer safe to eat; I had to throw it away.
