These look like the real Miele GN bags. I’ve bought some that had cardboard inserts. Value for money is great.

At about half the price of the official Miele bags, you can get more than twice as many bags and filters for your vacuum. The bags and the filters both fit my Miele C3 perfectly, and while these aren't the fancier HEPA filters, I'm happy to make the compromise of paying a lot less. They don't seem to affect the suction power on my vacuum at all either.

The material is not the same as the actual Miele bags, and i think they’re a little smaller. Between the bags and the filters, I don’t think they do quite as good a job of filtering allergens and dust mites as do the official Miele filters and bagsm. But they fit perfectly in my vacuum, they do a good job, and they cost a fraction of what the Miele bags cost. If you’re going through a lot of Miele bags, and the cost is becoming a significant issue, these are certainly worth considering.

Miele is a top-tier brand. That means that you pay for what you get. I normally buy the expensive Miele bags for my C3, but these were too tempting to pass up.They're not as "nice" as the official bags, and as some other reviewers have said, they're not quite the same size. But that being said, they are a loooot cheaper. If you don't suffer from asthma or allergies, I really don't think they'd be that different (other than the size). But given that there might (might!) be some lackadaisical manufacturing in these, you'd be better off getting the official ones if that's the case.For the rest of us, I feel they work just as well.

Ok, nice little marketing trick here. Yes, they do fit and they do work as expected, so nice to have a lot of bags on hand. However, while they "fit" they are not exact replacements for the original bag. These are noticeably smaller capacity bags, which I can live with, just have to change more often. I uploaded a photo of this bag sitting on top of an OEM size bag. While these bags do expand, the total volume is still much less. As for the value, I'm going to assume the total amount all the bags hold is still much more than the cost if using exact match bags at a higher cost. I'll follow up later if I have any complaints.

The original Miele bags are real works of art, and priced like it :). These replacements fit and seal perfectly and are completely acceptable and useable. Them may not be as effective as the factory bags, but they are still much better than the simple old paper bags our previous machine used.Then again, if you can afford a Miele vac, you can probably afford their original bags :)!
