I have heard that Cod Liver oil is good for cold symptoms (not a cure) for many years. It's also a good source of Omega 3. So likewise I take a teaspoon daily.

I take this everyday with orange juice and I noticed I did not catch the flu this time around, I remember my Mom use to give us when we were like 7 years old growing up

The product itself is fine; however, the listing did not specify that the bottles were in plastic and not glass. We would have appreciated knowing that they came in plastic. We wouldn’t have ordered the product if we had known.

What I liked about this Cod liver oil is that there isn't much taste to it. I was expecting a heavy fish taste but this oil is light. I pour a little into the cap and tilt the cap under my tongue to avoid the taste buds then, wash i down with whatever is nearby, usually water. I bought the small bottle because I wasn't sure but if I would like adding it to my routine. The cost per ounce on this 4 oz bottle is a little expensive compared to buying it in a larger bottle which I will purchase when I'm done with this. So far, all is well.
