Very rich. Good for cleaning out the system. Triglycerides came down. Taste is not bad, just wash it down.

My dad who is 92 and still very active and can remember everything would take a teaspoon a day when I was growing up and I just started taking it now for a few weeks and my skin has always been good but it has more of a dewy and youthful appearance, my gut health seems to be better as well. I will continue to take it, I really do believe this will help with preventing dementia and heart problems, the skin benefit is a bonus.

What I liked about this Cod liver oil is that there isn't much taste to it. I was expecting a heavy fish taste but this oil is light. I pour a little into the cap and tilt the cap under my tongue to avoid the taste buds then, wash i down with whatever is nearby, usually water. I bought the small bottle because I wasn't sure but if I would like adding it to my routine. The cost per ounce on this 4 oz bottle is a little expensive compared to buying it in a larger bottle which I will purchase when I'm done with this. So far, all is well.

I bought it a few times and its Canadian and it was nice thick like real oil, cod liver oil, then it was not available anymore then it was I got it this time and it is not the same company not sure who messed with this company cause they were great but this is water in a bottle it is not cod liver oil , watery not sure what it is , I will not buy again.....it might have been tempered with , not blaming the company.....
