I've been taking these for just about 3 months, so it is time to give an initial report. As others mentioned, the smell is like liver. It is pretty strong. If anything this is a great indication these are the real deal. I just don't smell through my nose when taking them. No biggie. My stomach does not get upset on these vitamins. No bad side effects. I believe these are a great addition to the other vitamins I take. I do not eat organ meat and realize the health benefits are unmatched. I like these because they are genuine and high quality liver supplements, not just lab created, but the real animal meat. I've noticed that my hair is thicker, and my nails are strong. I can't prove it is these vitamins, but have noticed a nice difference in my hair and nails since about a month into taking these. I also have nice energy during the day, though seem to crash in the afternoon a bit, but that may be due to coffee and sugar addiction which I am working myself off. I have a good clarity in the morning with less of a foggy feeling since taking these as well. I do recommend to try. I take only 2 a day since I take another iron pill and I didn't want to get too much iron so I cut the dose in half.

Clean ingredients. Recommended by my functional med doc. I use 2-3 x per day. Tasteless and light. I add to soups. Smoothies or yogurt. Most anything. Tolerated very well and organic and good for my tummy. , and it’s healing.

Excellent quality supplement. Great source of minerals and vitamins that are lacking in most people's diets these days. They do have a smell, but no after taste or burping it up later.

I started taking these about a year ago, and I feel so much healthier. These are grass fed, so they're high quality. I feel more energized, and I feel I digest food better. Every once in a blue moon I'll get an upset stomach right at the beginning of my cycle, but that use to happen every single month and last my entire cycle. I take 2 in the morning and 2 at night, and I love that they don't have to be taken with food or a that like that. Also love that it's a natural way to get more protein and iron in my diet. They do have a smell to them that lets you know you are indeed ingesting beef liver, but they don't taste gross, and I got used to the smell after a few days. Lifelong customer with these guys!

This is a really good supplement I love it! I did so much research before purchasing a beef liver supplements and I'm surprised at how amazing this is for the cost. It doesn't cause me an upset stomach or anything. It kind of sucks that you have to take four but if it works then I'm all for it. After a week or two of consistently taking this in the morning I've felt a difference in my energy levels during my workouts. I'll never go without beef liver supplements again. This is the first brand I've tried because the quality is so great with it being grassfed beef only.

I take less than the recommended amount and still get benefits! I am usually quite low in iron, sometimes even slightly anemic and this product has fixed this problem. Only 4stars because the taste isn’t the best, but it really isn’t bad at all. I will order again.

I’ve been using this supplement for a many years now, and then decided, why do I keep using this stuff? It can’t possibly be doing anything? So I stopped. For a year. And because I’m getting older and wanted to incorporate more food-based B vitamins, I thought, let me go back to using this stuff. And I noticed my once fading lunulae coming back, and my hair fall lessening. I will continue to use these (with an occasional break here and there). They seem to be quality, as they also don’t cause me to get nauseous or have a stomach ache. Other Pros: - pill size is manageable - no taste (that’s if you swallow immediately, and don’t let it just hang out in your mouth) Cons: - Stinky, so don’t go sniffing the bottle!
