My Endocrinologist had advised that I should start taking specific supplements after they had ran some labs on me. Life Extension Magnesium is excellent quality & easy to digest.It aids my sleep (I take it at night).It also aids my regularity.

I take 2 tablets daily to aid daily magnesium supplement for a few years now. It is safe for me, no side effect.

Not sure if these help with sleep but I’m definitely going to keep taking them per doctors orders
