is this software compatible with the Singer S10?

No   The Singer Futura Auto Punch Software for XL-400 Sewing and Embroidery Machine is only compatible with the Singer Futura 4 models: XL-400, XL-550, XL-420, FQ-4, SEQS-6000, SEQS-6700, Quintet-5 and XL-580. My wife just bought an XL-420 What's the difference between this software and the other Singer Futura software packages?

The AutoPunch software converts images, such as clip art, into embroidery designs.The HyperFont software converts your computer's True Type Fonts into monograms and lettering for embroidery.The PhotoStitch software converts photos into embroidery designs.The Auto Cross-Stitch software converts images, such as clip art, into cross-stitch embroidery designs.The Editing software provides enhanced tools for all installed software, including the basic software.For more details, please contact our Customer Care department for personal assistance. Is auto punch compatible with the singer superb machine (em200)

The Futura software such as Autopunch is not compatible with the Singer model EM200 embroidery machine. However if you have created designs in that software you need only save the design in an XXX or DST format for it to be compatible with the EM200.  The EM200 does come with complimentary software to enhance your options and creativity.  We believe that software to be all you will need for a great embroidery experience.
