I have had the 6 stage system for about 2 years now. To start off with, the install was easy to do while following the instructions. The water taste great once you remove the first batch after replacing the filters. Pressure coming out is decent, though I will say I wish it was a little quicker. During the 2 year period, I have only had 2 issues. One is the diaphragm inside the take must have been faulty or come loose, allowing for pressure to drop and making the pump continuously run without stopping. Some may see this as a negative but I expect for items to occasionally have a bad apple. I called and spoke with Don and he was able to troubleshoot the issue quickly. Not only did he troubleshoot it he replaced the take and system immediately. Don was amazing on the phone and I could not have asked for better support. Once the new system arrived, everything worked smoothly. My second encounter was after this Texas storm. With boil water warning in place in our area for 2-3 days, it is recommended to replace filters. Unfortunately Amazon did not have the 6 stage available so I reached out to Ispring again. I had the fortune of dealing with Don again and once again he was amazing. He suggested I get the 5 stage and he would supply me with the 6th stage that was missing. They truly care about their customers. Their website has the filters priced a little more and they still have you go on Amazon to purchase it for a lower price. I would recommend this product to anyone interested in getting it. System works well, water taste great, and the customer service incredible. Thank you Ispring!!

Been using iSpring since '15. Great US company with excellent customer service. I always trust their filters, takes my RO to 6-12 ppms from 250.

I have had the RCC7 RO system for a couple of years and have been very happy with it. Great tasting, crystal clear drinking water. It actually worked so well that I didn't get around to changing the filters until almost 2 years had past! Whoops. I ordered this 3 year replacement supply set and 4 of the 5 filters were replaced in no time; however, in the time since I ordered the actual system and then the replacement filters, iSpring tweaked their design (for the better, I might add) and one of the new filters didn't fit on my system it was supposed to be compatible with. I contacted iSpring and spoke with Nick. He immediately answered all my questions and told me about the change. It seems the new piece (which is a quick connect piece rather than a threaded-and-taped piece) was supposed to come with the replacement pack but for whatever reason did not. He then sent it cross-country free of charge and it was at my door in about 2 days. Once I had it, the installation of the new (and frankly more user friendly) piece was pretty easy. It did stick a little more than the other quick connect pieces, probably based on angles, but it was a tiny bit more of a hassle that will only need to be addressed once a year. I briefly thought about doing a 4 star review for this based on that tiny hassle as well as not getting the updated piece in the first place, but decided to go with 5 stars for these reasons: 1) 4/5 is 80% and even with the tiny hassle once a year, I still feel this product is AT LEAST 95% or higher, and 2) Mistakes in shipping, manufacturing, etc. will happen. They happen to every company in every industry. The test at that point is how do they react to it. Some places would have charged me $5 plus shipping for the piece, or perhaps not answered the phone or responded to an email. iSpring was prompt, polite, and efficient in rectifying the issue, and that level of customer service means a lot to me. Overall this product (and the original system this product is for) is excellent, and the company has spot-on customer service. I will definitely purchase again (hopefully in 3 years!) and will recommend iSpring to all of my family and friends for their water treatment needs.

It was far past the time to maintain our RO system. Our RO system is a generic brand which uses all the filters included in this set. With the right wrench serving RO systems is a relatively easy DIY project if the filter was installed correctly leaving enough slack in waterlines to enable placement of entire filter assembly on floor outside of cabinet. REMEMBER when changing filters and membrane it is important to: RUN WATER THROUGH NEW FILTERS FOR AT LEAST ONE HOUR BEFORE CONSUMING I left our RO system running to drain for almost 4 hours when I finally noticed there was no longer a "sediment slick" on the surface. After that time our water was absolutely clear, with nothing on the surface. Great RO water has been restored. Cons: The post-filter was noticeably smaller than the one I replaced; There are only three of this type of filter in the kit so that they are only replaced once a year. The verdict is still out until I see how they hold up. There is only one membrane included this kit; Pros: Six complete sets of RO accessory pre-filters; enough to replace them at six month intervals over a period of three years. All filters individually plasic wrapped. Standard size Even though our RO system is mounted undersink, we routed two small reserve tanks in the back corner of the hardest to reach corner cabinet. The space now holds the tanks and back up stock of replacement filters out of the way quite efficiently without posing a major space impact upon a small kitchen. Having replacement filters readily available decreases the inertia of servicing the system regularly. I have already circled the next filter replacement day on our calendar. Its always smart to check tank air pressure when replacing filters (~40 PSI tank full / 8 PSI tank empty). FYI we mounted our storage bladder tanks on their side (not upright). We chose to install two smaller tanks in parallel to increase available water capacity in a cramped cabinet. Our last tank, installed upright, lasted less than five years because the air charge had escaped and the weight of the water destroyed the bladder membrane. Mounting two smaller tanks on their sides reduces the stress on the tank's rubber membranes since the weight of the water is not added to the pressure force on the bladder if the air leaks out the valve. Regularly checking air pressure should make the rubber bladder of these tanks last much longer. Water quality is an important issue in our household. I have just replaced all the filters; GREAT WATER for now. Will update this review at end of year one maintenance to properly assess quality of post-filters. Thus far I heartily recommend this filter set for convenience and the savings that become quite considerable over time.

I did run into a small issue where some connectors didn’t fit my existing system, but the amazing customer service team quickly stepped in. They sent me the proper adapters free of charge, making the installation process smooth and hassle-free. Now that everything is set up, I’m absolutely loving the clean, crisp, and refreshing water! The filter works efficiently, removes impurities, and makes a noticeable difference in taste. I highly recommend this filter—not just for the great performance but also for the top-notch support that truly stands behind their product. Would definitely buy again!

I’ve used these water filters for years. Occasionally a problem might come up, as it did this time. They’ve changed the stage 5 filter design, and it requires new tee adapters. Sadly, they weren’t in the box. As I have done in the past, I reached out to ispring customer support (in America, no less) and told them the issue. They immediately sent me the adapters I needed free of charge, and even threw in some extras. About €30-40 in value, for free! They arrived from the UK in less than a week. This, folks, is why I am a loyal customer and advocate. Wonderful quality, matched only by their service.

For those who have owned/installed the system, makes a world of difference with the taste of the water. This is a review about the filters of course: easy to replace and no problems with leaks. As a note, they change the connection style of the final stage carbon filter in 2019 I think - so if you have an earlier system, you'll just need to use the included connectors. My box didn't have enough connectors for the number of included filters (they cannot be reused) so I contact the company and they/Francis were awesome. Even during COVID-19, they were responsive by email and send out additional connectors. Happy to support a company like that!
