My husband bought me a right hand ring for my 60th birthday and it was one size to small. We got it resized and then it was to large so I needed something to make it fit. The only thing I 'm not crazy about is the thing moves around on the band and doesn't stay at the back of my hand. But I still ike it Better than any alternative I've seen.

It was hard to put on. The directions said to screw it on and not to like twist it on but I couldn’t figure it out so I had to twist it on. But it didn’t make it stretch out like it said it would. I have a size 5 bridal set. 2 rings not sure the thickness. Bought the smallest one the 1.5mm one. And it fits my finger perfectly.

I have a very thin wedding band (1.8 mm) Its not an infinity band and spins around so I only see the plain platinum band and not the diamond pave when looking down at my hand. I thought the 1.5 mm size would be small enough to hold it in place and keep the diamond pave at the front, it ended up just sliding up, covering the diamond pave and the ring still spun. Also, if you're like me with small fingers (ring size is 4.5) but bigger knuckles, adding the slinky made it REALLY difficult (and painful) to get off over my knuckle. This may work better with engagement rings or rings with stones, but it doesn't work for my band.

I have a ring that can’t be sized any smaller without risk of damaging the setting, and this has worked great. It does get lotion in it, but washes out with just running water. My ring is very secure now, and I don’t feel worried that it will come off. Have been wearing this for almost 2 years now.

Easy to install, it keeps the ring on my finger which is most important. The one thing I find annoying is that it slides up the side of my ring and must be constantly adjusted.

Over the years, my finger is smaller in diameter but I don't want to resize a ring because of varying amounts of fluid and temperature can cause finger to swell a little. After trying that other "spiral wrap" thing, I was looking for a better solution so I bought this. After a few weeks, I don't have any complaints about this. Keeps ring from falling off without any difficulty getting on or off. The Slinky is stable and not uncomfortable while wearing.

I purchased the 1.5mm but they are much larger than the 2.0mm slinky that I already have on my ring. I was looking for smaller than 2.0mm, not larger!! I can't use them.

They function perfectly, and last a good year and a half with daily use.
