got a lemon and they're not standing behind it. Plug broken, powerhead doesn't work, floor piece clogs, shorts out and can only vac for 10 minutes, very heavy to carry up/down stairs. they will not refund my purchase and do not respond to emails, calls, texts. buy Miele instead. Far superior and great service.

I love my BankVault!!! I own a cleaning business. Use it every day ....except Sunday's. I can always count on it. I have owned it for 5 Years . Never had a problem. All I have done is replace a beater bar because I used it so much. I own a Miele for my home. I feel I have to babysit and be gentle with it. Not with The Bank Vault. Up for any kind of job. and any kind of flooring.
