Perfectly matched with old one. Quality is good, and all keys are working fine. This is the 1st day review, will update after few months or if faced any issue with it. Presently every thing is fine. Product quality is also good. Total value for money product. Thanks to the seller & Amazon.

Very poor quality. Error after 6 months

The keyboard works fine on my Dell 5547 laptop though there a small issue with the space bar key. You need to make sure that you press right in the middle of the space bar. Pressing on either sides of the keyboard does not work. Yes it's a bit annoying but I can live with that. Maybe someday when I feel like it, I might scavenge the space key from the original keyboard with the hopes that it might solve this issue.

In this budget is good , will do the work , it feels cheap you have properly press keys not like original you can press anywhere it will work but not here , in this price range you cannot expect like original but it is good , installed perfectly working fine also , in this price ho for it .

This product is value for money and best quality. easy to install and perfect fitting and quality of this keyboard is best and price is also lesser than the original product.

I bought this keyboard for my Inspiron 3543 and I was quite happy that I got this for just Rs 500-600 when Dell authorised service centre quoted me nearly Rs 4,000 for the same. The quality is quite tacky as compared to original keyboard, but fitting was quite good and it worked well for initial 2-3 months. Now, randomly keys get stuck causing unnecessary input (e.g. many enter presses in document creating few hundred empty lines) and also makes laptop unresponsive. Given that this laptop is used extremely sparingly (just once or twice a week for 30 mins to 1 hr), I'm disappointed in the keyboard going bad so quickly. The 1 star is only for quick delivery by Amazon and fitting into laptop. Better not to go for this.

Certain keys are not working. I could not give my laptop to a reputed serviceman, as he was out of station for nearly 3 weeks. This electronic item unlike other commodities are not known to the user, but only to an experienced service technician for its replacement. So you have to give at least 1 month time for return. I am now put to loss as the seller has cheated me by selling spurious item. Contact the seller and arrange for return and refund of my money.
