Scratches on the metal handle
I purchased this handle two days ago to replace the one in my salon. Without this, I cannot take care of my clients. I rescheduled all of my clients so that I could get this new faucet handle installed, only to discover that it arrived with scratches across the handle. Very disappointed, but I do not have extra time to order another one.

It is not all metal, but few things are these days. It works great after initial install
