It's really good but things are particularly detailed to such an extent that sometimes I am confused about what was the main issue.

Thanks to the author, I recommend the book to everyone, the reason is that there are good tricks on how to retain and motivate staff in a restaurant or food delivery service. Good presentation of information a lot from real life without idle chatter

Great read!!
Great read!! The chapter on fear of opening a restaurant was the best. In general, I liked the advice not to do this business at all or do it better than competitors. Deliciously available quickly. I think the book can be useful for restaurateurs in all markets. Indeed, food delivery helps many people in a pandemic. Besides, this delivery can give an additional revenue to ordinary restaurants. This is one of the few good books that deals with the work of both a restaurant and dark /ghost kitchen.

A real book on restoration!
I advise everyone to read this book! not only if you want to get started in the restaurant business, but just to find out the truth about this "wonderful world", to be the owner of a restaurant! An honest, fair, true book, with perfect examples! Read this book absolutely!
