Are these made with nontoxic materials?

Hi Kite Man’s Wife, It says they are 100% die cast metal with premium paint and are not recommended for children under 5 but are safe to touch. Hope this helps!

Curious...the mayor is definitely a main character. Why isn't he included?! They have the duck and other background characters but not him!

Great question… I am a collector of NBC. I am disappointed in not having mayor but absolutely love the other uncommon characters that are in this set. This set is great….i recommended it.

Is the size comparable to the little green army men they sale?

Definitely in the same size range. Well made. A must for a collector.
