Excellent replacement remote. My original magic LG remote started to fail after 5 years of use (wheel wouldn't scroll or click), so hunting for a replacement I settled on this generic brand. I'm glad I did - it's an exact copy of the original LG magic remote at a fraction of the cost. Be aware that there are many generic copies of the LG magic remote, and they don't all have the same features, for example the mouse and voice activation built in. However this particular remote does! And it works very well. Solid build, 2 x AA batteries and away you go! Even though it came with instructions, there was no programming of the remote to the TV...it just worked as soon as I put the batteries in. Great! Everything works as intended and I'm delighted with this remote. A further review will be added in due course.

Works just like the original controller

Ordered this remote. But, had to return it as the TV was a black screen. Couldn't see or hear anything. Returned and refunded no hassle.

Bought as a replacement and it's perfect exactly the same apart from a couple of design differences but you really wouldn't know it was not the controller that came with the TV

Never fully worked with tv. Always had to double click every time. Moved tv around it worked for a day then dead. Nothing.

This remote works perfectly with my ROKU 2 box, Model 4210X2. It worked immediately after I installed a pair of batteries. It did NOT require any programming or syncing with the TV. All functions (that I use) including Play, Pause, Fast-Forward, Review, Home, the Exit Arrow, the Netflix Button and the Amazon (Prime) Button worked correctly from the start. I experienced no delays or problems. This is a perfect replacement remote for the ROKU 2 box.
