We’ve been making delicious blueberry muffins and pancakes with it now for over a year and I can definitely say it has made a great addition to our diets. I had posted previously that I received a packet which had some kind of web like consistency with the flour. The packet was replaced and I have had the same issue again, many packs later. There are cheaper brands out there but I think the quality of the packaging and the contents of course are worth the extra cost for me.
