I used one of these after foot surgery in therapy. I ordered one to use at home. It is great for massaging helping to loosen up the muscles and did help reduce the swelling in certain areas where I could massage comfortably.

It is indeed the proportions listed, so if you are looking for one of the Physical therapy bending rods, get one of those instead. This is perfect for feet and does its job fine.

Overall, I think this is a good product, and it certainly helps with foot pain from plantar fasciitis. My only negative is I think it's a tad short. When using it I'm constantly having to stop and re-center the roller under the sole of my foot.

Okay, I never thought that I would ever leave a review for a foot roller... But for the past 10 years or so I've had several bouts of intense pain from plantar fasciitis which I've had treated by a Podiatrist whom has given me cortisone injections, custom inserts, had me roll my foot on a glass bottle that was cold and also had me attend physical therapy. So basically I've tired everything short of surgery. Now I am not going to claim that I haven't felt some relief from the Podiatrist's options but none of them has ever lasted and some of them have been nothing but a waste of time and money (I'm talking to you custom inserts that did nothing). Also, none of my episodes have ever caused me as much pain as my current one that has been ongoing for the last three months. Then in a coffee induced bought of insomnia one night at three in the morning I was browsing Amazon (because what else was there to do) and this popped up. I figured for about $12 the worse thing that could happen was that I bought a piece of junk and it would be back to the Podiatrist for whatever his new recommendations would be. But here's the thing, I don't know what witchcraft was used to make this roller but it does help. When you look at it, it's nothing special at all. But I roll my foot from heel to toe repeatedly while I'm getting ready in the morning and the masochist in me seriously enjoys digging it into the sore spots. But guess what? My foot feels so much better and I've noticed that in the last three weeks my foot does not hurt when I walk. Like not at all. So it's been the best thing I've bought in a long time and the price wasn't bad. So if you've got plantar fasciitis, sore feet, or just enjoy a little masochism buy this, it's only $12 so you don't really have anything to lose. Side note- it does say you can stick it into your refrigerator or freezer to make it cold, but that's just not something I'm into because gross.

Worked very well for my plantar fasciitis. I simply leave it on the floor and when I’m up and about I use it when I walk by. Super easy and helps provide relief.

great product! I have had plantar fasciitis for years and frequently use frozen water bottles as cold rollers. This little gem is freezer safe and I could actually pack this when traveling to events that require wearing heels all day. No more melty water bottles!!

This is great for a quick everyday stretch. I was hoping for a firmer material as I have deep scar tissue I need to massage, and this collapses with too much pressure. All in all, a good product.

I've been struggling with foot pain lately. I look forward to going home and using this every night. It feels great on my feet and really makes a huge difference.
