Abbey Yung can tell you all about it but, I love it as a pre shampoo treatment.At least 15 min before the shower I put this in my hair to protect my ends.IT SMELLS GREAT.I do leave it in overnight sometimes but it will buildup in the pillowcase, you will reabsorb it later so only right before your going to be washing your pillowcases is best. it can get greasy if you use too much.I have fine, bleached hair. Yikes, I know.Too thick to use on its own for me, but balances the moisture retention if I use it to protect my hair before I wash it with a clarifying shampoo.

I use this oil couple times a week. Usually leave it on length of my hair overnight. I noticed that my hair is more silky, shiny and less damaged after I am using it.Also I use it on the beach, to protect my hair from sun and salty water✅Its a very nice affordable addition to your hair are routine

Really like this product, I find that it makes my hair hydrated, shiny, and stronger. My only complaint is with the packaging. Would love for this to be in a spray bottle or come with a dropper. The current packaging puts way too much product out and I find it often leaks because the lid doesn’t stay closed. Oil leaks are a pain to clean up :(

This 3.3 oz bottle fits in the palm of my hands. I have coarse, curly, frizzy hair that when I brush through my hair it frizzes out. I use a drop of this oil to minimize my frizz factor.

This is my favorite oil of all time. I spent so much money, trying high-end oils and a mix of drugstore oils. This one beats them all by far.I have fine hair, but a lot of hair. So it’s tricky for me to find one that doesn’t weigh out my hair but also is moisturizing. I feel like this one really gets into my hair strand and doesn’t look greasy. It just feels really moisturizing and eliminates frizz.Other oils I have frequently purchased our Moroccan hair oil, body and planet, shea moisturize frizz spray, and the OGX argon oil. I’ve been meaning to try Kerastase, but wanted to try one more before I purchased one for a lot of money. I don’t think I’ll be trying it now. This one is perfect.

Love, love, love this oil! I put it in my hair at least 20 mins before washing and it makes it so soft and healthy. Love all OGX products.
