Can't believe this thing works so well.

I had my doubts, but for $8 I decided to give it a try. Used it in rocky red clay soil with both electric and cordless drill. 35 8-10” deep holes in less than an hour.

It worked for about the first 4 inches then it didn’t really go any deeper.

This is beefy but has a relatively sort shank compared to other versions. Using a variable speed drill is a must, and knee pads while on the ground to push down on the drill to bore the hole (no racy comments needed). Does what it is supposed to do for relatively little money.

Can’t wait to start next summers garden!

it's perfect for making holes for planting

This is a great product and worked very well for what I needed to do, however just a warning; this worked with a drill and the area I needed to use this in had rocks and tree roots. If this gets caught, the blade stops spinning but your drill does not, and you can seriously injure your wrist.Don’t get me wrong that has nothing to do with the product itself or the quality, but more an issue with the drill you use.Most drills have strength settings, use this on a low speed and you should be fine!I found out the hard way! Lol

I planted over 100 bulbs this fall. What a time saver. Attached easily to my drill. Best to set drill in reverse for a deeper hole. I also lucked out with the ground not being too wet or dry. Also allows you to drill a perfect line, drop your bulbs in, cover them with dirt and move on.
