Can it be sprayed on trees?

It doesn’t work pigeon’s still land after you have used it.

Will it discolour roof tiles if sprayed onto them?

I am using it on an ancient brick barn with lime mortar and always spray it on copiously. It doesn't discolour the old bricks (the barn was built in 1798) nor the mortar. If your tiles are the old fashioned pan tiles they should be fine. The only drawback is that the rain tends to lessen the effect of the repellent so you will need to reapply it after a hefty shower or prolonged rain. It's a bit of a pain but the stuff really works well as long as it's dry.

I’ve got a flat roof, loft extension, but would the spray damage the material used on the flat roof? Thanks

This product contains ammonium sulphate which corrodes metal. However it was once used as a wood preservative. It depends what the material is on your flat roof.
