Do not recommend. The heat shrink itself works well, but that is about the only positive thing I can say about these connectors. The sizing is inconsistent and does not seem to match standard wire gauges very well. Because of that, it is difficult to get a proper crimp, even when using the correct crimping tool. Many of the connectors either failed to make a solid electrical connection or would not hold the wire securely enough to inspire confidence. A connection is only as good as its mechanical strength, and these fall short in that area. I ended up with loose connections, unreliable crimps, and wasted time redoing work that should have been done once. For automotive, radio, or any application where reliability matters, I would look elsewhere and spend a little more on a quality connector. The heat shrink seals nicely, but a good seal does not matter if the connection underneath is poor. I would not purchase these again.
