Review: Excellent no issues at all in both frying and air frying - I inflated the puris in an air fryer. It was very simple. I tried frying also a few and found no issues in frying too, u got to remove carefully and let them cool undisturbed for them to get crisp. Had read few reviews that they get soft post inflating so was doubtful initially, this is what I did, pani puris post inflating are suppose to remove carefully without dropping from height and do not not place the next set of inflated puris above it until they cool. Once they cool they get hard which takes just a minute or two and then u place the next set. The air fryer one could be stored in an air tight container and even after a week they were crispy and fresh. I air fried 5-6 at a time depending on my container, leave enough space for inflation, do not overcrowd, puris were nice and big

Yes they are value for money , doesnt get soggy at all ( i can tell about summers) tastes fresh even after 4-5 hours of frying. Just dont expect market wala golgappa texture and taste. Overall a good buy. I loved it. And also quantity in one packet is quiet good and sufficient for 10-12 people even if they eat 12-15 golgappas each.

I inflated the puris in an air fryer. It was very simple. I tried frying also a few and found no issues in frying too, u got to remove carefully and let them cool undisturbed for them to get crisp. Had read few reviews that they get soft post inflating so was doubtful initially, this is what I did, pani puris post inflating are suppose to remove carefully without dropping from height and do not not place the next set of inflated puris above it until they cool. Once they cool they get hard which takes just a minute or two and then u place the next set. The air fryer one could be stored in an air tight container and even after a week they were crispy and fresh. I air fried 5-6 at a time depending on my container, leave enough space for inflation, do not overcrowd, puris were nice and big

Size is too big when fried, might get difficult for kids to have all at once, and it doesnt break easly. Very easy to prepare, i deep fried them, they turn/ flip themselves while frying, and are ready within 10-12 seconds, make sure your oil is boiling hot . Yes they are value for money , doesnt get soggy at all ( i can tell about summers) tastes fresh even after 4-5 hours of frying. Just dont expect market wala golgappa texture and taste. Overall a good buy. I loved it. And also quantity in one packet is quiet good and sufficient for 10-12 people even if they eat 12-15 golgappas each.
