I bought one when they first came out, but it was cheap ($20) and liked it however it never got my hair really straight. Instead I just primarily ended up using it on my daughter (she has thin fine ringlets). With 3 kids I have very little me time to do my hair so I have been looking for something that would work on my hair with minimal time needed.I know with straighteners and other hair accessories sometimes you really do need to spend more to get something that works well so I took the plunge with this one. OH MY GOSH why didn't I do this earlier. This is the BEST straighter (brush or flatiron) I have ever owned (far exceeds my Chi). I was able to straighten all of my hair in 8 minutes! That is crazy. I have thick, wild hair and it typically takes me around an hour to blow dry and straighten. With this brush I was done blow drying and straightening in 20 minutes.I am not one to post pictures of myself, especially with them being this embarrassing but I thought in this case seeing is believing!I hope you found this review helpful. I decided to give this one a chance. You will think that being one the most expensive options out there, the quality would be good right? Wrong! It took this brush forever to turn on, when it finally did, the LCD screen was going nuts with all sort of numbers blinking. I finally was able to set it on 400 degrees temp and started using it. I was not able to pass a quarter of my hear when this thing went off and did not turn on back again. Very disappointed! it is a very nice looking brush and the piece of hair I managed to brushed, looked nice. I just saw a few other reviews from other buyers having same issues I had.
