Love how comfortable they are
Love using them in my shoes, sandals and even my slippers. They're not too high and made of comfortable material. I've even used them under my heel when I need it. (Plantar Fasciitis)

Have the black and cork
From the mrs.: I love my Hey Dude shoes, I might even be a bit addicted. The problem is they don't really have the arch support that I need. Dr. Foot adhesive arch inserts have been perfect. I add them to my Hey Dude insoles, then put the insoles inside no show socks. So far I have had no problems with the adhesive arches shifting or coming apart. I've gone through one set of black and a set of cork. I'm now back to order more of the black to keep on hand so I won't be without.

I found they worked for plantar fasciitis relief
Plantar fasciitis is a pain, literally, but also financially as you have to buy specialized shoes with arch support. I spent a fortune on a pair of Oofos which wrecked my weak ankles and didn't work for my PF. I then bought a pair of Hoka sneakers which ripped my toes and heels apart and made my feet even more uncomfortable...just what I didn't need on top of PF. I found these inserts while looking for another pair of expensive shoes and thought it was worth a shot paying $15 to trial them in my comfortable worn in Skechers sneakers and flip flops. $15 for multiple pairs of comfy shoes or $150 for 1 unknown expensive pair of shoes? They arrived quickly and I tried them in a pair of flip flops immediately. Luckily I could lightly stick them in place and unpeel again quickly to work out exactly where they should be placed. Once I got it right I wore my flip flops for the rest of the day and when I took them off the insert was tightly stuck in, my weight had stuck them solid. So I tried them in a pair of Skechers sneakers and they were not as sticky with the memory foam insoles but I wore them all day again and they did eventually stick solid. I've been wearing the inserts in 2 pairs of flip flops and 1 pair of sneakers for a week and they are all still in place and giving me relief from PF. The gel arch is still firm. How long it will last is going to be interesting, especially since I live in a hot humid climate which is not friendly to gel or plastics. The only downsides I can find are that fluff and sand stick to the rim of them on my flip flops so I have to pick it off after wearing which is no big deal if it means I can wear my comfy flip flops. The inserts also do rub a little on my arch after a day wearing them in humidity but everything rubs in humidity!Whether they last 6 months or not I will still buy another set of these so I can continue to wear my worn in comfy old shoes instead of buying expensive uncomfy new ones.

Left side thicker than right side
I’ve only tried the cork one so far and the left pad is thicker than the right. Takes a few times of moving back and forth to get it where I like. I’m sure it’s diff for everyone. I placed the thicker one closer to highest pt of my arch and the thinner one on the other side is slightly closer to my knuckle.

Great arch support
I had terrible problems with my arches and found out my flat feet were causing back problems, and all kinds of aches and pains. I bought these arch supports because they stuck into the shoe and we’re easy to remove change to a different shoe and I actually ended up buying a few sets because I really like them and I don’t wanna have to move them around. However, if you do and they become less sticky, all you have to do is wash them, let them dry and they’re good to go again. I highly recommend them.

Transparent ones stick to your foot
The cork ones seem fine. Your feet sweat more with the transparent ones, so eventually the suction wins out over the adhesive.

Great Customer Service!
This product is very good value for the money. I received the order in a timely fashion but the arch supports did not fit my very flat arches. Upon requesting a refund they responded immediately.
