The tablet makes the water a little fizzy, but not too much. (I actually hate seltzer / carbonated water and this doesn’t bother me.) I tried several flavors and found all of them to be pretty disgusting except for tropical, so this is the only flavor I ever get now. It turns the water a light pink hue. My two kids (ages 15 and 11) are both distance runners and they also use the Nuun tablets after practice to rehydrate.
