IBgard with Vitamin D, Peppermint Oil, 48 Capsules

I have IBS-D and while I wouldn't say that this decreases the number of movements I have to have, it does reduce the feeling of needing to have one in between visits which is not small feat. It's certainly not going to replace Imodium, but it does seem to reduce the amount of Imodium I consume. The cost is a bit much considering its just enteric coated peppermint oil, but I'm guessing it's still on patent so hopefully that will come down at some point. As of now there aren't any competing products.

My doctor recommended I try IBguard due to problems I was having but not bad enough for a prescription. I tried it and it has helped me a great deal. I'm still having some problems but not nearly as bad as before.

This medicine is a big help to me with my IBD issues. I take one whenever I get stomach pain and it helps settle down my stomach.
