I fell better now then I have in so many years. I have pretty much given up meats eggs once in awhile cheese and absolutely nothing that is pre-made. Fruits n veggies nuts beans. I love my sweets so now in the evenings I will have a sliced apple with organic peanut butter or a orange or what ever kind of fruit that hits my fancy. Love it! Never eat that to close to bed time, you won't sleep well. Lesson I learned the hard way. Lol. The recipes gave me a start, then it just came to me with making your own.
