Rancho Pecana's pecan pieces are the best! They are fresh , they are healthy. I used them for salads, soups, cakes and desserts. You can use them for all kind of recipes. For me, because I work, it is a plus that they are already cut in pieces, my time is gold. I am ordering again today.

Don't know what it is ... But there's something about these pecans that's sets them apart from the rest of pecan brands. Fresh, crunchy and oh so delicious. I'll be purchasing more for sure.

I realized that some of it would be crushed, but not all of it. If someone orders cakes for baking, they may not care about it, but unfortunately I expected better quality, but taste amazing

Inconsistent content. First bag was well chopped, excellent for baking and other uses. The second bag I ordered was all large pieces. They will need to be broken up further for appropriate and optimal use. While the taste remains fine; it is annoying and disappointing to wonder what my next package of pecan pieces will be like.The first ones were nicely chopped. The second looked like someone tired broke them by hand. I'd show pictures, but the first bag is gone. This was one bag with all the pieces under an 1/8" as opposed to the second bag with all the pieces nearly 1".
