Is this light or dark rye flour?

I've twice contacted Arrowhead Mills to get the answer to this very question, and customer service told me they'd get back to me. I'm still waiting....My best educated guess is that it's a dark rye flour similar to Bob Red Mill's Whole Dark Rye. The color and taste are similar, but Arrowhead Mills' is not as finely ground as Bob Red Mill's.

Are the bags recyclable?

I havn’t Bought this product but have bought oat flour from this company and believe they are recyclable.

Is this 100% stone ground?

Probably not since the package doesn't say it is. Most stoneground grains will say it is on the package. I use this rye flour mixed with all-purpose as a feeding medium for my sourdough starter. If you want a stoneground rye flour I would suggest Hodgson Mill as an alternate. You can buy it on Amazon as well.
