ZESUPER 9500 lb Electric Winch 12V Waterproof IP68 Heavy Duty Trailer Winch

I have had this winch on my car trailer for 5 years. 5 years and thousands of miles exposed to the sun, extreme AZ heat, dust, rain, and road grime. Absolutely zero issues. Every time I need the winch, its just ready to go. If it died tomorrow, I would buy another one. I could buy 3 or 4 of these for what a comparable name brand winch would cost. I exclusively use the wireless remote which is super nice for loading dead cars alone, I can sit in the car and steer it while operating the winch.

4years post purchase -heavy use- combined with a heavy duty two inch receiver basket. I've used this product alongside, and out performing, top name brands for 4 years now. Still on the original synthetic cable, all though it needs replaced now, I've pulled conaxes, trucks light duty and heavy duty, I have pulled large mud rigs out of deep situations and even took down a 50foot ham radio tower. After I got a feeling for the winch I never doubted it's capability. 4 years down the road, I'm installing new wireless controller due to losing the original, I'm also replacing the wired controller due to wear. It's been 4 years and I've finally taken off the solenoid cover and found why it's lasted so long. This thing is overbuilt, which is how I like it. It's amazing construction for the price and a must-have for anyone looking for an affordable, heavy duty, winch whether you're starting out or just putting something on a trailer. Mind you many of my heavier loads, I've snatched or double snatched. Being conscious and smart about it's load and use. However, this is probably the best money spent for a similar product.

Got it and installed it. Light, shorter body, complete hard ware. very simple to install. I tested it to see if turn on and off and if the rope spools in and out. Haven't really used it yet, but will do soon and will update. The Rope had small fray for some reason!! It the frame had a ding two, so could've been a return or God knows from what....Either way dings are dings and I wish it was me who did that but oh well!! The Rope was my issue!! So contacted them , sent a few pix, and in about 3/4 days They sent me a knew rope, I was impressed by the customer service and I appreciate someone who stands behind their product. I will update when I put it to the test soon.

It is exactly as described. This winch is a great product for the price.

Hell of a winch. 4 years pulling 5-12k loads in emergency situations. More 12k loads than needed. Like 80% of time time. Only broke because the bolts holds holding it to the plate broke pulling a 16 foot dually diesel Isuzu with a big steel box loaded with wood, Already bought another one!
