Order the size you normally would - great customer service!
This vest looks like it should work really well because the cable and mechanism seems very sturdy. It's a very interesting concept, and it takes a good bit of pressure to pull out. You won't trigger it if you forget you're connected when you get off your bike.I thought this might be sized way too small like a lot of Chinese apparel, but it is not. It is true to size, because I initially ordered a 3XL thinking I would need extra size to fit over my jacket (I'm 6'-6" 230 and wear a 46XL jacket and I have a 38" waist). The 3XL swallowed me whole and was super big!Their customer service was great - I paid around $15 to ship the 3XL to a US address and upon receiving the tracking number they shipped an XL replacement. Takes a week and a half or so to receive the vest, but this XL is a great size for me.Some complain about the weak zipper, but don't yank it. Take it easy with it and it should be fine. The vest material seems very sturdy, and so does the plastic of the airbag inside.I hope I never have to employ it, but I think it's an excellent value, and I'm as thrifty as they come. Seller's response is prompt (about a half day or less, depending on the time), and I will have this vest on every time I ride.

Pretty happy > didn’t “test” it yet
Seems to be sturdy material, the separately sold cartridge was a bit pricey but overall a good deal, I think.Shipping was pretty fast too, roughly 2 weeks. If I ever have to use it I’ll update. One thing worth mentioning is that this is great sizing, even a bit on the large side- fits very comfortably over my armored jacket and I bought my standard size.Gonna buy another one for my better half

This airbag works - SLO MO video of it inflating!
The media could not be loaded. I bought this motorcycle airbag vest because it was inexpensive, I needed something until I can afford an Alpinestars system. The correct CO2 cartridge is 33gm and they sell them on Amazon, look for Mustang Survival 33 Gram CO2 Cylinder-Inflatable Rearm Kit (and at Cabela's etc)https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B000NV7MAC/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o00_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1I got the XL I'm 6ft 200lbs, notice the clips are at their shortest setting, it was the perfect fit for me, you want it to be very tight when it inflates, so make sure you get one big enough to go over your riding gear but not too big.The quality of the bladder and the vest material is what you expect for not much money, the bladder itself would be punctured easily, the vest material protecting the bladder is like a cordura with a plastic inner coating, I think it would work well enough for an impact but if it's a long slide on asphalt or a sharp object you hit you better be wearing armor. The back protector it comes with in my opinion is not going to do much, get a quality hard back protector that is CE2 rated at least.I tested it make sure it doesn't burst/fail. It stays inflated for as long as you make good the seal of the threads on the cartridge, I used plumbers PTFE tape so it stayed inflated for 15 minutes until I removed the CO2 canister.I would recommend that you open all the bladder zippers and take note of the bladder folds to get around corners because after it fires you will need to refold it. Make sure all the zippers are fully up before each ride, if one is partially open then the bladder may bulge out and burst if it fires.Rearming is simple, unscrew the firing pin nut on the bottom (under a black tube end-cap that you slide off) pull out the spring, push down the firing pin until the trigger ball hole appears, put the trigger ball back in, slide in the spring in the bottom and screw back in the spring tension nut while pushing in the trigger ball. When I get the Alpinestars I'll let passengers use this one.

Not to shabby
So first off my vest arrived about a week early. So that’s a plus. I have a four star only because I haven’t used it lol. And in all honesty hope I never have to but as far as fitting I’m 5/10 about 235 I bout the 2x. I feel it’s a little and I mean just a little on the loose side but I feel with my regular riding gear on it will be awesome. It felt decent on me the material felt good well built. Of course not sure totally because I haven’t spent the 700 plus dollars on a name brand one but for under 200 I feel it is well put together, and am very pleased with it. So for extra protection I would recommend. I also recommend buying a few of the co2 canisters because that was one issue. It didn’t come with one. The zippers on the vest are definitely little cheaper for sure. Other than that only thing is not sure where to mount the harness to bike. I’ll figure that out once I have some time but over all I’d say get one.

Bulky and restrictive
Despite the fact that it is a bit heavy and restrictive, I do not want to test it's effectiveness... but if it happens, I'll be glad I had it on.

excelent product
Luckily I didn't have to try it, but it looks really good. It seems very reinforced and seems to have very complete protection. I recommend it. Ahhhh, and the price is incredible.
