This blade cuts metal beautifully

I have used this blade extensively after DeWalt raised the price on their equivalent version by 30%. I use this a lot...At least 3-4 days a week for a minimum of an hour of cutting. I, occasionally, am in a rush and have some bad cuts due to my laxidazical approach at time and have a piece catch the blade and brake a tooth off. The blade isn't designed for that but, regardless, I cut with it (never had a bent blade after any event) anyway and still produces a decent quality cut. I have had blades with several missing teeth continue to cut well. I always grind my cuts afterward so no big deal. I am abusive to the blades and know that teeth breaking is likely my fault. Better the teeth break than the saw itself. Lastly, because of my rough nature with these blades, I have blades last over 6 months and for as much as I use it, that is a lot of cuts. 99.9999999% used for mild steel. If you are a hobby-ist this blade might be the only one you ever need to buy....literally, like, one blade! Very few this get a red hot review from me but this is a high quality blade!

Cut great twice and is already dull, it's throwing sparks and burning the pipe i'm trying to cut. Update: i called evolution directly and they are sending out a new blade, I was very grateful and impressed. Changing my stars to 5

Very good quality and price; in fact, I looked at other suppliers and this one was the most affordable.

When I received this blade it cut like butter. I was using it on a chop saw that runs about 3600 rpm. after 20 or so cuts on mild steel, the blade went dull, and fast. I decided the speed was too fast and ordered the Evolution saw that runs about 1800 rpm. With a new blade and a lower rpm, the new blade is lasting much longer.

This is a real workhorse. I used it to cut 1.5 x 3 x 1/8 wall steel tubing for over 300 cuts and only lost 3 teeth. Blade still cuts well. I found that even with teeth chipped or missing it cuts just like new. The trick is to let the blade do the work and not force it. I ordered two of these and after about 400 cuts changed to the other new one. It is not recommended but I used the old blade to cut some heavy aluminum pieces and it worked just fine. Not quite a perfect edge but my application does not require that anyway. I still am using it to cut aluminum and even did a few steel cuts so I did not have to change blades and other than a somewhat rough finish cut just fine. I have used most other blades and the only one that performed like this was the Dewalt which costs a lot more. Just let the saw do the work and it will last a long time. I am looking into getting the teeth replaced and the blade sharpened, but at the price of a new one is hardly worth the hassle of getting it repaired. Great blade. I am using it on a Milwaukee dry cut saw.

Lasted literally 2 cuts and now won’t cut anything. Was cutting 2x2 1/4” thick angle iron. Contacted evolution directly and haven’t heard anything back. 95 dollars for 2 measly cuts.

I purchased this blade in 2021 and am still using it. I use it on a metal cutting chop saw so it's running at an appropriate RPM. Until recently, I would use this on occasion to cut steel for various projects, primarily cutting 1" and larger thin wall steel tubing. Recently, I started an ambitious project that involves 1/8" to 1/2" thick flat stock and 1/8" to 3/16" wall square tubing from 2" to 2 1/2". I also cut a 2" solid round bar.... that one made me a bit nervous, but it did it and is still cutting cleanly. I'm impressed with how this blade has held up and would buy it again. I plan on building steel railing for a deck project next and expect that this blade will used on that project as well. On the right saw, letting the blade to the work, it should last for many projects.

Evolution Power Tools verspricht nicht zu viel bei dem was das Sägeblatt können soll. Ich habe damit mehrere Flacheisen 40 x 6 mm und Vierkantrohre 40 x 40 x 2 mm gesägt. Ich nutze das Blatt mit einer Evolution R210SMS Kappsäge und die Ergebnisse sind perfekt. Standzeit wird sich noch zeigen aber nach dem ersten Dauereinsatz sehe ich da keine Probleme.
