Effective product.
I use this product regularly on my hardwood floors in the office, kitchen, and family room. Needless to say, these three rooms receive a lot of foot traffic, from both people and our family cat. The Bona Pro Series cleaner does a superb job cleaning up the floors and leaving behind nothing but a clear, dry floor. You can choose to spray it on either in a forceful jet streak, or as a softer, wide spray. It easily spreads across the floor, and you don't really need much of the fluid to adequately clean a floor well. It dries in a matter of seconds...within a minute the floor is fully dry. I've mopped up all kinds of dirt using the product. Mud, food particles, cat hair, dried spills, etc...for dried-on dirt I sometimes oversaturate the area with the spray, let it sit for a few seconds to loosen up the dirt, then mop it up with a microfiber mop. I use it twice a week and I haven't noticed any stripping of the original finish of my floors. I am confident this product is safe to use on any type of hardwood. And, from what I can tell, it doesn't leave behind any film or residue. I am happy with this product and will continue to use it on all my hardwood floors.

Works better than other hardwood floor products
I have been using the Bona Professional hardwood floor cleaner for years. In my opinion, it's the best hardwood floor cleaning product out there. And I tried many others before settling on the Bona product. When the directions are followed correctly, it doesn't streak or leave a film behind. I'll continue to purchase this product. Highly recommended. Another recommendation. If you want your hardwood floors to really shine, don't expect this product to do that. This is only a cleaner. There is a four step process to getting amazingly shiny, like new, wood floors. 1. Move as much furniture and rugs off the hardwood floor as possible. 2. Vacuum or sweep the hardwood floor. 3. Clean the hardwood floor with this Bona product. Let dry thoroughly. 4. Re-finish the hardwood floor with Rejuvenate Professional Wood Floor Restorer or Pro Shot Industrial Re-Newing Floor Restorer & Finish. The wood floors will look like new if either of these products is applied correctly. It takes some time, but the final outcome will knock your socks off. Do no use the cheap Pledge floor shine, or similar products, that are simply mopped on. They look good for a few days but ultimately create a film and build up on the floor. The two professional products I listed will keep the wood floors shiny 6-12 months with regular cleaning.

Safe for hardwood floors, quick, easy and works great!
Safe for antique wood. Works well, very little odor, and no streaking or residue left behind on the beautiful, original pecan-wood floors in my mid-century ranch home. I bought this along with a Scotch-Brite microfiber hardwood floor mop, and the two together make quick work of maintenance. My floors do not get terribly dirty, as I remove my shoes when I enter my home, and do not have little kids or pets tracking in dirt (oh, but I remember the days!) I am not sure how well this product would work with more heavily soiled floors.

A good, dependable floor cleaner that has worked for years
Seems like a pretty good product. This floor cleaner is a bit hard to rate or judge beyond the basics, so I'll stick to those; I haven't done any kind of in-depth comparison or analysis of this product, I just know that it seems to work well and the floor looks good after using it. The liquid seems to do well at helping remove dirt and grime and generally just making the floor look cleaner. After use, when everything is all cleaned, there are no obvious streaks or residue remaining on the floor. I like that this product gives the floor a clean look but doesn't make it shiny; I personally do not care for too much of a sheen, and this doesn't leave behind any glare. I have been using this floor cleaner for a number of years and it doesn't seem to have had any adverse effect on my floors. I really can't think of any reason not to use this product. You should give it a try.

Nothing is perfect but this is the best I've found
Nothing seems to work all that well on my hardwood floors; Murphy's leaves horrible streaks as does dilute vinegar which is not recommended despite the cleaning lady's former insistence on using it! Steam cleaner works ok-at least I know they're clean and I use it with the steam occasionally. But using it alone without the steamer seems to leave more of a sheen Go figure...wood floors are everywhere and it seems like no one has yet to come up with a good easy way to clean, leave no streaks and still get a low shine without wax or acrylic...

Works better than expected
I exposed my hardwood floors and had them refinished with Bona so I thought I would use the same brand cleaner. This is the first time for my family having hard wood floors and even though it's only been about 7 months they really look as good as the day they were finished. I thought I might have a problem with a small water drop that had dried before we noticed it but not at all with this cleaner it looks like nothing was ever there. Very easy to use cleaner and the right stuff for your floor.

THis is a cleaner
This does an OK job of cleaning, but nothing that much better than a good scrubbing. It does not leave a residue, like some products do, which is probably the best attribute. You will need to make sure you come back behind it with the Bona polish afterwards though or you will not have that shine most people want in their hardwoods. the Polish I would give a 4-5 star as it is expensive as well, but worth the money. Outlasts orange glow and other "polishes."

Great cleaner for hardwood floors - no residue or streaking
We just bought a house with hardwood floors and I didn't know what to use to clean them. I tried Bona Pro and it was perfect! A previous cleaner left such bad white streaks that I thought I had damaged the floor. But Bona didn't leave any residue and just left the floors clean and clear. I like it so much that I ordered the larger refill the same day I got the spray bottle of Bona Pro.

Easy to use
Found the Bona Professional Spray does a better, longer lasting shine on hardwood than regular Bona. Spray bootle is handy to use.

Glad to have the original
So great to have it delivered so quickly. I was told in a local store where I always bought it that it was no longer available so they sold me a concentrate which they said was the same. I returned the concentrate when I found the real thing on Amazon. . So glad I have the original. The last bottle lasted for ten years. I use very sparingly.
