Opening up our gate

Bad product. Worse cust service
GARBAGE PRODUCT. And even worse customer service. I bought 2 of these for my new condo. One stopped working after 6 months. Light still green. Batteries changed just to be sure. And double checked software and programming which was fine. Customer service told me to check the programming. Which I told them detailed that it was set up perfect. To which they replied. It's an Amazon issue at this point. So if someone from Amazon sees this. This company should NOT be selling here. They are throwing you under the bus.

Not very powerful, particularly in cold weather
We needed this clicker to operate the gate for our HOA entrance. We needed to be within one car length and on cold days it may not work, or take several clicks. Nothing like most remote garage door openers.

DOORKING remotes
I would like this product more IF IT WAS EASIER TO REPLACE THE BATTERIES.

Has been working 10 months, no problems
Purchased because the one built into my Jeep is very unreliable for one of the gates in our community (works 100% on the other gate). Had the community office program this when it arrived and has been working 100% for 10 months. I haven't had any need to open it or replace the battery. I'm ordering another one for another vehicle.

Buy something else, these are crap
The one I received was defective, but unfortunately the return period ended before I knew that and seller did respond to messages. Checking with other community residents (these remotes are used to open vehicle gates) revealed that most failed within a few months, if they worked at all. Would rate it at zero stars if that were possible.
