I got this computer over a year ago and I absolutely LOVE IT still! I previously had a Dell Inspiron that lasted me under a year and this computer is AMAZING! The keyboard and mouse pad take little to adjust to but other than that this computer is a DREAM! Not only is it cool but it runs so efficiently when I play the Sims, Minecraft, and even City Skylines. Even the battery lasts longer than my Dell that would die in literally under 4 hours. The only downside I would say is that there is paint chipping from the bottom of the computer right below the keyboard but that is probably because I use my computer every day and I open and close it frequently. But seriously... I HIGHLY recommend this bad boy!

Excellent laptop

I had this laptop for less than 2 weeks and it went into a BIOS update and would not reboot. I packaged the laptop carefully for return. The seller claims I got water in the laptop and refunded only half of what I paid. I absolutely did not get water on the laptop. Online searches will show that the BIOS issues are common with this model. Amazon did not aid in facilitating refund of the rest of my money. To avoid these issues in the future I would recommend purchasing directly from Amazon or Asus. Very disappointing and costly mistake.

This laptop is great for college since it allows me to open up many tabs at once. I also like the matted screen design which helps prevent fingerprints. The second screen works great and can also be turned off to increase battery life. I enjoy that this listing gives you a case and stylus, very helpful!

I purchased and loved it, until the screen cracked. Not sure why. I am very careful with my electronics. Thank God I purchased the insurance. They are returning my money… Not sure if I am going to replace it with the same model.

the moment i saw this laptop i knew i wanted it, and I didn't realize how much of the 2nd screen i would be using, it's really really helping while writing on the main screen and watching some podcast or movie at the bottom. I was thinking of getting a 2600 dollar Alienware laptop vs. this, and there was no second guessing.

The added screen is super useful for monitoring another application or for entering data.

So I bought this laptop and it costed 1420$ after tax, so I was expecting a decent quality, but to my unpleasant surprise this was just horrible. The laptop stoped working completely after 2 days of having it and not even 5 hours of use. I talked to Amazon customer service, and they told me to return and order new one. I had no issue with that. I got the new one, and to my unpleasant surprise AGAIN. The new laptop camera is not functioning properly. I never seen such poor quality in a high end laptop. A 400$ laptop will not going to have that may issues.

Actualización: 17/10/23 El equipo presenta constantemente el error "CLOCK WATCHDOG TIMEOUT" aunque aún estaba en garantía Asus se deslindo y me dijeron que no por qué era un equipo importado, accedí a pagar para que la repararan y me dijeron que NO por qué no tenían piezas para repararla, Asus no tiene piezas para reparar equipos Asus, NO PIERDAN SU DINERO en este equipo, investiguen cómo Asus nunca se hace responsable de garantías.

Es un equipo con buen poder. El envío llegó antes de lo esperado. Ya se probó usando los programas que el usuario requiere. Rinde bien y permite una gran organización.

Cumple perfectamente con todas las expectativas.

La computadora un dia no prendió y Asus pide la factura o nota de compra con logo del vendedor y nunca respondieron
