I've been using Kion Aminos for quite a while, I heard they're really good for your body & I like them

This is a great product and can be taken during intermittent fasting. Somehow it helps me to make it through the fast even longer. I've used it before and after workouts. I find it helps me to complete challenging workouts and help me recover with less fatigue and soreness. They are pricier but thorne's done their research and tested their products which makes me feel better about taking them.

Even though I usually experience nausea when taking too many supplements, I have had no issues with these capsules. I strongly believe that these capsules are aiding in my quick recovery, especially since I'm currently training for a marathon. This product is excellent for maximizing my potential during training sessions, and it's a clean product with no unnecessary ingredients. I use it to sustain myself while fasting, and I highly recommend it!

I take these before hard workouts to help with energy and muscle recovery. I definitely notice a difference while using these. I feel less fatigued before, during, and after workouts. Noticeable increase in energy and better muscle recovery post workout. I love that this is not made with any fillers or other additives, and it is third-party tested. I take 30 minutes before I workout, as directed by on the bottle. It works way better than and BCAA supplements I have tried.

Love these aminos! I found this brand listening to the MindPump guys. They actually had the founder on for an interview one episode. Hitting your protein targets can be difficult. I use these to fill the gaps when I feel a meal didn’t cut it or to help bridge the gaps if I’m in a cut phase. Definitely do not use in place of real food though!
